Founder Eléonore Leray is a classically trained French chef, spending three formative years at the prestigious Paul Boucuse Institute in Lyon, training under the industry’s best. She brings with her to Aotearoa everything she’s learned - the passion for flavour, the feeling of time spent in good company, and an appreciation for apéro, so you too can get a taste of France.

Along with co-founder Carolina Catellani, an Argentinian with a passion for hospitality, you have a recipe for the perfect marriage of European and South American approaches to social dining.

These sensibilities are blended with a deep appreciation for the unique flavours of native New Zealand produce and local foraging elements, paired to perfection with the finest imported and local cheeses and charcuterie so you can impress your guests with the best of the best.
